Beacon Recovery Academy
Structured Recovery. Progressive Independence. Sustainable Reintegration.
Beacon Recovery Academy helps individuals rebuild emotional regulation, executive functioning, accountability, independent living skills, and long-term recovery stability through a structured rehabilitation model.
Program Model
What Is the Recovery Academy?
Beacon Recovery Academy is a specialized psychosocial rehabilitation and progressive independence program within Beacon Psychiatric Wellness Center. The model combines structured accountability, executive functioning development, emotional regulation training, and practical daily living support in a clinically sophisticated environment.
Rehabilitation Focus
Participants build routines, strengthen self-management, improve community functioning, and develop the internal systems needed for long-term recovery stability.
Progressive Independence
Programming is designed to gradually reduce external structure while increasing accountability, vocational readiness, community reintegration, and confidence in independent living.
Tier Progression
The 3-Tier Model
The Academy uses a structured progression model that helps each individual move from stabilization toward greater self-management, milestone achievement, and sustainable reintegration.
Tier 1: Stabilization
High structure, close support, and daily consistency. Objectives include emotional grounding, medication adherence support, routine formation, and early accountability. Progress is measured through participation, regulation, and readiness for increased responsibility.
Tier 2: Skill Development
Moderate structure with expanding expectations. Individuals strengthen executive functioning, independent living skills, recovery planning, and behavioral follow-through while demonstrating milestone progression and improved self-management.
Tier 3: Progressive Independence
Lower external structure with higher personal responsibility. Focus areas include vocational readiness, community participation, relapse prevention, and sustained accountability as individuals prepare for long-term reintegration.
Milestones & Advancement
Movement between tiers is based on observable progress, participation, consistency, and readiness—not time alone. Milestones help guide expectations, celebrate gains, and support clinically informed progression.
